BEST HOTEL IN EAST AFRICA PRIDE INN HOTEL AND RESORT

Dubai 1st June 2019

Mombasa…… Indigenous PrideInn group of hotels have once again topped TripAdvisors ranking list for 2019.  All its eight facilities in Mombasa and Nairobi have been recognized as the best among others in Kenya and received the 2019 “Certificate Of Excellence”

The endorsement by the authoritative world’s travellers’ guide came barely 3 months after the chain of hotels was voted “Africa’s Best Meeting & Conference Hotel 2018” at a glamorous ceremony in Dubai presented by International Travel Awards in February 2019 this year.

“This endorsement reminds us that we have to keep on improving our services and products considering the steep competition within the hospitality industry in Kenya especially at a time when international brands are penetrating our local market,” said PrideInn Group Managing Director, Hasnain Noorani.

TripAdvisor has highlighted the world’s top properties based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in 2018 from travellers around the globe.

“I am thankful to all staff and management for delivering quality services to both local and international guests, which made us win the honorable award,” said Mr. Noorani

Destinations are selected by measuring year-over-year increase in positive traveller review ratings for accommodations, value for money, restaurants and attractions as well as increased booking interest.

With the luxury travel market growing an estimated 18 per cent annually between 2015 and 2019, double the growth rate of international travel, hoteliers have attempted to understand what luxury travel consumers want.

“The luxury travel consumer is looking for fulfillment, unprecedented access, an immersive experience, a personal journey, and yes, white glove treatment,” added Noorani.

The achievement celebrates businesses that are consistently excellent – having earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include restaurants, accommodations and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
